The iPEC Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is a scientifically-validated tool that helps you understand how you navigate different situations. It is not a personality assessment. It measures how you perceive and approach work and life and measures your ability to lead yourself and others towards positive and lasting action.
The ELI Assessment is an online questionnaire that measures and categorizes your attitude and perspective in 7 distincts Levels of Energy. The assessment is followed by a 90-minute debrief with a coach.
